RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If your toys are damaged upon arrival or have any outward problems, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for either a full refund or replacement of your product. Pictures may be required to begin the return/refund process. Products may be requested to be sent back to us to receive a refund.

If your bird is seemingly uninterested in our toys, please contact our customer service team at info@birdtricks.com or send us a message via our contact us page​. They will be happy to help you find ways to teach your bird about toys, or how to introduce different foraging techniques to your bird. We also have a great video on our toys and how they can be used ​here​.

We also have a one-time ​30-day money back guarantee​ on our toys if product tags are still attached and the toys have not been touched by your bird(s).This means that, 1 time per household, you can ask for a refund on any of our toy products within 30 days of purchase for any reason. We want you to give our products a try knowing that there’s no risk if you decide our products are not right for your bird!

There are no refunds, returns, or replacements available after 30 days from date of purchase.

Products may be requested to be sent back to us (we will never re-sell any returned toys!).

All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and returns may be required to receive a refund of products. 

This refund policy does not apply to international orders. Please see our International Shipping Policy for details.
